Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces with precision and efficiency.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning supplies.
- Assist with laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and uniforms.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and other shared spaces to uphold the hotel’s high standards of hospitality.
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques such as floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and general janitorial practices is advantageous.
- Background in hospitality or custodial management can enhance your ability to excel in this role.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
