As a Production Specialist, you'll design meaningful memorial products, assist with funeral events, support crematory and transfer services, and contribute to marketing efforts. It's a unique blend of creative, hands-on, and heart-driven work — no two days are the same.
What you'll do

Design and print memorial materials

Coordinate and assist with events — funerals, memorials, seminars

Perform respectful decedent removals and transfers

Safely drive company vehicles for first-call transfers

Support cremation operations per ethics standards

Interact with bereaved families with compassion

Assist with marketing and data entry tasks

Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and roll/move up to 200 lbs

Availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call hours

Basic computer skills

A calm, professional presence with families during difficult moments
Valid drivers license
