Hartlauer Signs is looking to hire qualified sign installers.
$20-$35 per hour depending on experience.
Our company is currently seeking to hire sign installers with the skills to install all types of signs. This includes building signs, channel letter and cabinet signs, monument and pylon signs.
- Must have previous experience in the sign industry.
- Hold a valid driver's license. If you don't have a drivers license do not call, email, write, or otherwise contact us under any circumstances.
- Ability to use tape measure and power tools.
- Ability to accurately measure and cut metal, plastic, and wire.
- Use of power operated bucket lift and ladder.
- Able to dig holes for concrete footings.
- Has good customer interface and communication skills.
- Has experience in mounting and wiring neon transformers and fluorescent ballasts.
- Has experience servicing LED and neon signage.
- Can modify a sign cabinet or raceway on site if required.
- Is proficient in MIG and Stick welding.
- Can pour and level concrete sign footings.
- Able to resolve unique installation problems in the field and think on your feet.
- Able to mount channel letters on sign cabinet or raceway.
- Able to mount and stretch flexible faces on site.
- Additional skills might include other sign trades such as fabrication, plastic, vinyl, channel, or awnings.
