Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components following detailed blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques to complete assemblies
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering blueprints accurately
- Build electrical panels and wiring harnesses in accordance with IPC 610 standards for electronics assembly
- Troubleshoot assembly issues using engineering troubleshooting methods and test equipment such as ohmmeters
- Perform quality checks on assembled components to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols during all assembly processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in electronics assembly, including PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings with confidence
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and testing instruments like ohmmeters
- Familiarity with electrical wiring, schematic interpretation, and building electrical panels or enclosures
- Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is highly desirable
- Experience working with electro-mechanical components and mechanical assembly processes
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow blueprint specifications precisely

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
