Boutique Family Law firm in Coral Gables seeks an energetic and self-motivated Office Staff. Ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills and an ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform a variety of tasks such as organizing case files, filing, answering phones, communicating with clients, and assisting the firm’s attorneys with the drafting and e-filing of legal documents and ensuring that firm projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Legal experience is not necessary but a plus and bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) are appreciated.
The compensation is commensurate with level of experience and the ideal candidate can expect growth with the firm.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
