Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor for a direct hire opportunity in Irvine, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accurate data entry, order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and hands-on warehouse support in a fast-paced environment.
The Order Processor plays a key role in making sure customer orders are processed correctly in NetSuite, labeled accurately, packaged professionally, and shipped on time. This is a high-impact position where accuracy, reliability, and teamwork directly support daily customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately in NetSuite, including order documentation, labels, part numbers, quantities, and configurations.
- Create, verify, and apply product coding and part labels with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Pull inventory, package customer orders, and prepare shipments to meet daily carrier pickup deadlines.
- Process outbound shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping software while verifying labels, shipping details, and documentation.
- Assist with warehouse functions such as labeling, packing, shipping, organizing inventory, and supporting backlogged areas as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient work area while communicating promptly about issues that may delay shipments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,760 to $50,000 per year.
