Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Additional Hours (Randallstown Location):
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Part-time position with the potential for up to 40 hours per week, depending on participant needs, coverage, and scheduling availability.

Duties
- Provide support and assistance to residents in a home setting
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications to residents as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow resident rights guidelines and ensure their well-being
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a support specialist, nurse, or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to administer medication under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with home care services and dementia care practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting or assisting residents with mobility
