What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate residents and develop customized therapy plans
- Provide skilled speech-language services including communication, cognition, and swallowing interventions
- Document progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support continued success

Qualifications:
- Active Michigan licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
