Lead Line — MudPenny Spring Lake
Pay: $18–$21/hour
Schedule: Full-time
Mudpenny Spring Lake is seeking an energetic, positive, and talented Lead Line to help manage the day to day operations of the line. Partnering with the Kitchen Managers to hold standards, accountability, and collaboration.
What You’ll Do - Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor the kitchen team with a people-first mindset.
- Recognize great work and foster a culture of accountability, consistency, and positivity.
- Model MudPenny’s core values: neighborly, excellence, solution-driven, grit, people first.
- Partner with Kitchen Managers on, recipe rollouts, training programs, and kitchen standards.
High-Volume Kitchen Operations
- Be the voice of the line and line teams.
- Assist in ordering and work closely with the KM's to maintain stocks.
- Run the kitchen when management is not present.
- Develop specials
- Maintain quality and consistency
