Overview:
The Business Operations Coordinator works with the Director of Operations (DOO) – Whitefoord to oversee daily functions and advance organizational priorities. This role leads cross‑department process improvement efforts as directed by the DOO‑Whitefoord and plays a key role in managing internal and external projects that contribute to operational growth and new initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience/Skills

Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Minimum of 3 years in a professional environment with operational responsibilities.

Ability to generate complex documents and reports via software and Microsoft Office suite.

Proficient in communication strategies, verbally, written, and non-verbal.

Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and vendor management.

Strong critical, creative and analytical thinking, decision making and innovative problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:

Submit procurement requests, track approval status, and communicate order updates to relevant stakeholders.

Identify operational workflow challenges and collaborate with leaders on recommended improvements.

Assist with cross‑department operational activities to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Evaluate business processes quarterly under the guidance of the DOO and prepare recommendations for review.

Assist the DOO-Whitefoord with project coordination, vendor communication, and documentation for new initiatives.

Provide timely updates to leadership on project status, operational tasks, and milestone progress.
