Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Gunnison, Colorado
Pay Range: $1,400 – $1,600/week (Based on experience and eligibility)
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours
Schedule: Day Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Duration: 13 Weeks (With high possibility of extension or permanent placement)
Position Overview
Gunnison Valley Health – Senior Care Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day nursing activities, ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
Licensure / Certification
- Active LPN License (Required)
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification (Required)
- IV Certification (Preferred)
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
- Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
