Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of landscapers and oversee daily operations
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including groundskeeping, lawn care, and garden maintenance
- Coordinate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
- Provide tree care services, including pruning, trimming, and removal
- Build and install landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of landscapers
- Extensive knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and lawn care practices
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and tools
- Experience in tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removal
- Ability to design and build landscape features using various materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during projects
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Bi-Lingual, (Spanish) very valuable but not required.
- Experience with common landscape maintenance equipment a must.
- Knowledge of plant materials a must.
- Irrigation knowledge a plus
- MUST have own transportation to and from work.
- $18.00-$27.00+ Per Hour/Salary Available

As a Landscape Foreman, you will oversee landscaping projects and manage a team to ensure high-quality landscape maintenance and care. Reporting to the Landscape Manager and Production Manager, your core responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating landscape design build projects and all associated tasks. Your leadership skills will be essential in fostering a collaborative work environment while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. With relevant expertise in irrigation, gardening, and horticulture, you will contribute to the aesthetic and functional enhancement of outdoor spaces, making a significant impact on our clients' satisfaction.
