Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Construction Superintendent will be expected to manage subcontractors, review plans, inspect job sites, and ensure that safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction workeragement and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the construction site.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Inspect materials and equipment to ensure quality control.
- Schedule and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the job site.
- Monitor progress of the project and report any issues to the project manager.
- Ensure that all building codes are met.
- Understand the sequence of work, create project schedules, and communicate project timelines, milestones, and tasks.
- Must be a self-starter with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to manage time across multiple skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
