We are seeking full-time company driver to join our team!
We are a fast-growing trucking/logistics company that specializes in transporting Almonds in Containers from Shafter, CA to Ports located in Los Angeles, Long Beach & on flatbeds in Bins throughout central California.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 Years or more of previous Class A experience in the last 6 Years.
- A safe driving record, no tickets or accidents in the last 5 years.
- Continuous dedication to upholding high safety standards.
- A positive, team player attitude with a passion for contributing to the overall success of our company.
- Ability to perform Pre & Post trip inspections thoroughly.
- Must continuously pass a DOT physical and drug screen, NO SAP
- Must have and maintain a Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential, also known as "TWIC"
- Ability to work 9-13 hours/day, 4-6 days a week.
- Flexibility. Starting hours may change, although very rare.
- Ability to problem solve, and find solutions.
- Speak and write English fluently.
- Ability to communicate effectively & regularly with our team.
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, crouching, and sitting for extended periods.
- Ability to work in an environment with exposure to heat, noise, fumes, and mechanical hazards.
Best Qualifications:
- At least 6 months LA/ LB Port experience hauling containers into terminals.

Pay increases - if you meet all performance milestones.
- $1/Hr pay increase at 6 months: $31/hr
- $1/Hr pay increase at 1 year $32/hr
- $1/Hr pay increase at 18 months $33/hr
Responsibilities: Port
- Clock in at 6:30am-6:50am, perform Pre Trip Inspection & Paperwork
- Drive to Los Angeles Port & Long Beach port to make port appointment time window for drop off of loaded container.
- Make port appointment time window for picking up an empty container.
- Drive to Shafter, stopping for fuel at pilot for the next day.
- Arrive at shipper in Shafter, Park at dock assigned.
- Perform Post Trip Inspection & Paperwork, & Clock out.
Responsibilities: Flatbed
- Clock in at 6 :15am-6:30am, perform Pre Trip Inspection & Paperwork
- Secure bins to flatbed using straps
- Deliver to various customers, repeating.
- Perform Post Trip Inspection & Paperwork, & Clock out.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
