Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Assist kitchen staff in maintaining a clean workspace

Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and manual methods

Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and prep areas

Clean and sanitize floors in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms

Take out trash and recycling and maintain cleanliness in disposal areas

Assist with general cleaning duties as needed

Follow health and safety standards at all times
