At Chesapeake Dental, we're looking for a compassionate, motivated Associate Dentist to join our thriving, patient-centered practice. This position begins part-time (2 days per week) with a clear path to full-time as the practice continues to grow.
More importantly, we're looking for someone who wants more than just another job. For the right person, this position offers a genuine opportunity for future partnership and practice ownership as our owner plans to retire within the next few years.

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry
- Build long-term relationships with patients
- Collaborate with an experienced, supportive team
- Grow into a larger clinical role as your schedule expands
- Learn the business side of private practice if ownership interests you
What We're Looking For
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility)
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical dentistry
- A team player who values long-term growth
- Interest in eventually becoming a practice partner is a plus—but not required
