We're building a small, high-performing field team to represent one of the largest exchanges in the world; a globally recognizable brand at the intersection of finance and culture, and bring it directly to people across Hampton Roads.
This is a direct, in-person sales and marketing role. You'll be at events, on campuses, and in high-traffic locations, starting conversations, generating excitement, and helping people sign up on the spot. It's fast-paced, social, and performance-driven. The better you are with people, the more you earn.
This is an ideal role for someone who is outgoing, money-motivated, and looking to build real experience at the intersection of finance, sports, and live event marketing — three industries that are difficult to break into without hands-on experience and a network. You'll get both here.
What You'll Do
- Represent the brand at events, popups, campuses, and high-traffic locations throughout Hampton Roads
- Engage people in person, deliver the pitch, and guide them through a quick app sign-up (approximately 10 minutes each — full training provided)
- Use branded merchandise and giveaways to attract foot traffic and build momentum
- Choose the locations and times where you perform best and work them consistently
- Meet daily sign-up targets and report your results after each activation
Who We're Looking For
- 18 or older
- Outgoing and confident — you're comfortable approaching and talking to strangers
- Money-motivated — you see uncapped commission as an opportunity, not a risk
- Reliable and self-directed — you show up, work independently, and manage your own performance
- A quick learner who can absorb a pitch and deliver it naturally
- Available evenings and weekends, when most events take place
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, street team, or brand ambassador work
- Familiarity with the local campus, fitness, nightlife, or social scene
- An engaged social media following on Instagram, TikTok, or X
Compensation & Perks
- $15/hour base pay plus $10 for every completed sign-up, uncapped.
- Minimum $50,000 per year OTE.
- $200–$400 per active day is typical; your earnings scale with your performance

- Hands-on experience with a major global brand in F1, finance, and sports
- First in line for a Team Lead position as the program expands
Job Type & Start
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and immediate start availability.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
