The Home Building Team Members perform the manufacturing production operations assigned to each department in the home building process. The position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. We build homes from the frame up!
Duties / Responsibilities:
Serve as a good steward of our company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping assigned areas clean and orderly.
Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicating anticipated material shortages, identifying required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues.
Tool/Equipment Requirements:
Pay: As of January 1, 2024, our current base pay rate is $24/hr. We re-evaluate the surrounding markets regularly to maintain a competitive pay level. Our pay range is skill based, meaning the more skills our team members become proficient in, the more money they make. Once new team members complete their probationary period (typically 90 days), they are eligible to start receiving a weekly production bonus.

Work/Life Balance: At Clayton Oxford, our team members are able to work a stable schedule that they can plan around. Our typical schedule is Monday thru Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM.
