We currently operate 12 outpatient clinics serving more than 100,000 patients from diverse backgrounds in the communities of Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Blaine, Mount Vernon and Anacortes.
In addition, we offer a variety of additional services including three urgent care centers, clinic-based behavioral health, care management, sports medicine and laboratory services. Our clinicians vary widely in their practices with some focusing solely on outpatient care while others add some combination of OB care and/or urgent care.

An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) joining a Family Care Network, will receive an hourly rate in the range of $51.36 - $76.54 per hour, with placement in the range determined based upon experience. The APP will also be eligible to participate in a productivity payment program. Upon satisfactory completion of the two-year Associate period, the APP may become eligible for membership and receive approval to become a Member Provider at FCN.
Physicians joining a Family Care Network clinic are offered a 15-month Associate Physician contract which includes an annual salary of $230,000 (pro-rated if less than full-time), a $10,000 transition bonus, and a $10,000 signing bonus for a total of $250,000 in the first year of employment. Upon satisfactory completion of the Associate period (which typically occurs in 12-15 months), the Physician will likely become eligible for co-ownership and receive approval to become a Member Physician.

Essential Functions: We are looking for a qualified, motivated individual with a passion for family medicine who can:
Utilize clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to deliver safe, effective and therapeutic care
Communicate effectively to all members of the care team
Provide excellent customer service at all stages of patient care
Assess patient health; perform physical examinations; obtain, update, and study medical histories; administer or order diagnostic tests; and interpret the results
Perform therapeutic procedures by administering injections and immunizations, suturing, and managing wounds
Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the EMR
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Skill in subjective and objective assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care
Comprehend and communicate information accurately and clearly (verbally, in writing, in person, and by phone) with patients, all levels of personnel, and other individuals and groups
Ability to establish lasting and effective employee relationships in a team environment, including conflict resolution
Work as part of a team that shares and leverages the strengths of its members
Accurately perform detailed work; plan, multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Effectively use computer applications for health information systems, EMR, word processing, and spreadsheets

Immunization Requirements: Employees are required to meet immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role. A simple process is in place for employees to request exemptions for medical or religious reasons.
