Today, we're continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to help lead our installation team and deliver the outstanding service we're known for. Webb is built on honesty, integrity, technical expertise, and a commitment to doing the job right.
Over the last 48 years, Webb has grown significantly, now operating out of two locations in Greensboro and Advance, NC. We are proud to have over 90 valuable team members and 65 trucks in the field and look forward to the next 48 as we continue to grow and strive to exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Train and mentor installation team members
- Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and code requirements
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions
- Maintain a professional job site and customer experience
Qualifications:
- 3+ Residential HVAC installation experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
