Neokraft Signs, Inc. is a locally owned and operated business serving New England and shipping products to customers nationwide for over 75 years. We offer specialty construction services such as custom design, fabrication, and installation of signage, project management, and much more. With approximately 30 employees, we have a strong sense of community with all employees working together towards common goals.
- Create sign designs using client's vision, which comply with criteria and city restrictions.
- Creatively develop initial sign concepts.
- Accurately produce prints/renderings for all types of illuminated and non-illuminated wall signs, ground signs, ADA and way finding signs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to successfully concept and design under tight deadlines
- Must have strong organizational skills, manage changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of units of measure and using a ruler to measure each job with accuracy
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Understanding of materials and substrates for signage
- Must have the ability to conceptualize and generate ideas independently
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to edit and export files within the Adobe Suite, Corel Draw, Flexi of programs files for each assignment
- Creating logos and vectors, setting up files for printing and cutting
- Enthusiastic, positive, team player and outgoing attitude
Salary (negotiable) based upon experience
Regular hours are Monday thru Friday during the day 7:am to 3:30pm.
