Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Multi-Line Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and providing exceptional service to build long-term relationships. This role involves sales, client consultation, and policy management across various types of insurance, including life, health, auto, home, and business coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Consultation: Identify potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate policies.
- Policy Management: Assist clients in selecting, modifying, and renewing insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop new business by networking, referrals, and following up on leads.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new insurance products to better serve clients.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and policy sales comply with legal regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Relevant insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain).
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is a plus).
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
