GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee planning of Quality and Masking Departments
· Ability to read and understand shop travelers and blueprints
· Ability to read and understand specifications
· Must know how to use hand tools, eg., calipers, micrometers,gauges, etc.
*Carry out Inspection requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
· DEGREE PREFERRED OR WORK EQUIVALENT
-5 years relevant exp. required.
· Demonstrated computer abilities
· Evidence of proficiency in utilizing inspection hand tools
· Ability to calibrate various measuring and test equipment
· Understanding of basic material conditions and requirements
*Confirm knowledge of B/P and specification interpretation including sampling plans and requirements
*Experience with planning,
QUALITY DEPARTMENT
- Review acceptance and documentation of incoming & outgoing jobs
- Oversee the process requirements pursuant to the customer Statement of Work requirements
- Ensure process flow of incoming work
- Assess testing and inspection requirements of in-house jobs
- Verify completion of final inspections, certification review and shipping of jobs
- Review and carry out the requirements for calibration of test and measuring equipment
- Review Quality training and audit requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
PROCESSING DEPARTMENT
- Schedule workflow of of all plating and preparation personnel
- Participate in daily production meetings
- Oversee the processes are performed pursuant to the Customer Statement of Work
- Verify First Article inspection results
LABORATORY DEPARTMENT
- Oversee planning of monthly testing schedules for timely results
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
