Graywood fabrication is looking for welder/fabricators to fill spots in our growing team! Below are some of our requirements and expectations.
-Employee must be able to read and interpret engineered drawings and weld symbols for building various parts and assemblies.
- Must be able to pass 3g and 4g structural steel short arc MIG and Flux core weld test prior to hiring.
- Employee must have proper transportation to and from the shop and potentially outside worksites.
- Employee must have these characteristics;
Punctual, intuitive, motivated, and able to work efficiently with others as-well as by yourself.
- 1-2 years of welding, manufacturing, or rig welding experience is neccesary
- stick/ tig and or stainless and aluminum welding is preferred and will be compensated for once employee passes appropriate welding process tests
- Work schedule is M-TH 7 am till 5:30 pm
(4/10s) with opportunities for overtime.
We are looking for a well rounded HARD WORKER that is willing to grind it out along side the owners and other co workers. This is not a position for someone who is looking to make a quick dollar and drag up. Graywood Fabrication is growing and with that comes more opportunities for our team to grow with it.
Pay will start between 22$-28$/ hour based on expirience and knowledge of the field. Pay is not capped, the more you learn and prove yourself the more money you will make and the better position you will find yourself in. This company is built on hard work and dedication and will be rewarded for such as well!
