Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations, staff management, and profitability of our Batavia branch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record of achieving business goals.
Experience in plumbing and/or electrical and/or HVAC preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations:
- Oversee all branch activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage the branch budget, including cost control and revenue generation.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff to ensure high performance.
- Set performance goals and regularly assess employee performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Promote and upsell products/services to meet customer needs.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
