Shipping and Receiving Associate
Shift: 1st
Location: Roselawn, OH
Pay: $20-$25/hr
Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.

Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately according to customer orders and shipping instructions.

Load and unload trucks or trailers manually or with material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations by part number and description.

Coordinate courier services and trucking companies to ensure on-time product delivery based on production schedules.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and receiving area.

Pick parts for shipments and perform banding, shrink wrapping, and other shipment preparation duties as needed.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred.

Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Basic computer literacy and attention to detail required.

Previous experience with ERP/SAP/WMS is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or move throughout the shift in a warehouse environment.

Ability to safely use hand tools and equipment, including drills and packaging tools.
