The successful candidate will manage inbound communication, coordinate our driving staff's movements, and ensure timely service for passengers. This role requires strong logistics, mapping abilities, and multitasking skills. Prior customer service experience and/or dispatch experience is preferred, but we are willing to train. Manage inbound and outbound communication, including telephone calls and emails, ensuring effective and professional interaction with our customers.
