Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Skilled construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will support various construction projects by performing a range of tasks that require physical strength, stamina, and a willingness to learn. You will work closely with skilled tradespeople and contribute to the successful completion of construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before, during, and after construction activities.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other components as directed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Base Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
