Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance
Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet clients' unique needs and goals
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and support provided
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
