We’re looking for a Hardscape Foreman who wants to lead a small crew and take ownership of building high-quality outdoor projects.

What You’ll Do
As a Hardscape Foreman, your goal is to lead a crew of 2–3 people to successfully build projects designed by DeVries Design and Landscape.
Responsibilities include:
- Install and construct hardscape projects including paver patios, retaining walls, fire pits, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, plantings, and landscape lighting
- Read and interpret design plans and translate them into real spaces
- Plan the day-to-day execution of each project
- Communicate with the Project Manager about timelines, materials, and progress
- Lead and motivate your crew members
- Ensure tools and materials are ready before heading to the job site
- Safely operate equipment including skid steers, excavators, concrete saws, and hand tools
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment

Experience:
Preferred qualifications include:
- Landscape or hardscape construction experience
- Understanding of paver patios, retaining walls, and outdoor structures
- Experience with landscape construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read and execute design plans
Spanish speaking is strongly preferred but not required.
Compensation/Benefits:
$25-$30 per hour depending on experience and leadership ability
