As a Career Path Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting Coastal Waste & Recycling's hiring efforts by partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.
At Coastal, hiring is a partnership. Our hiring managers own the staffing of their teams, and our Career Path Partners serve as trusted advisors—providing recruiting expertise, building candidate pipelines, keeping requisitions moving, and helping leaders successfully attract and hire great talent.
As a Career Path Partner, you'll support recruiting efforts across our field operations by sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process. You'll help hiring managers navigate the recruiting process while reinforcing their ownership and accountability for staffing their teams. You'll also strengthen our recruiting efforts through veteran organizations, technical schools, community partnerships, and recruiting events.
Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, providing guidance, support, and recruiting best practices.
Help hiring managers build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while reinforcing their ownership of staffing their teams.
Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, veteran organizations, technical schools, community partnerships, and recruiting events.
Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through offer.
Proactively monitor recruiting activity and partner with hiring managers to keep requisitions moving forward.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and workforce needs.
Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within Workday.
Support recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and special projects that strengthen Coastal's talent pipeline.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One (1) year of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, human resources, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with hiring managers while building trusted partnerships.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with recruiting tools, social media, and job boards is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
