Custom Extrusion Tooling Designer (Sheboygan County / Kohler, WI Area)
Salary: Up to $90,000 Base Salary + Full Benefits • Location: Sheboygan County Area
- Experience: Must have 3+ years of specialized plastic extrusion tooling design experience, including custom profiles, co-extrusion, and tri-extrusion, along with hands-on processing knowledge.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MasterCAM and/or Fusion 360 for high-performance die design and digital architecture is required.

- Engineer and design custom plastic extrusion tooling, specializing in complex profiles, co-extrusions, and tri-extrusions.
- Manage full lifecycle of tooling projects, from concept to maintenance of custom production dies.
- Serve as technical liaison to the floor, providing guidance and troubleshooting during production runs.
- Collaborate with processing teams to optimize material flow and tooling geometries for improved line throughput.
- Maintain and update CAD/CAM documentation using Fusion 360 and MasterCAM.
- Must have 3+ years of experience designing custom plastic profile extrusion dies, along with hands-on extrusion processing exposure.
- Advanced proficiency in MasterCAM or Fusion 360 for CAD/CAM design is required.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and a growth mindset, with a stable work history and proximity to the Sheboygan / Kohler, WI area.
