Gibbs & Olson is seeking a Senior-level Engineer 5 to lead complex infrastructure projects and mentor the next generation of engineers.
This is your opportunity to step into a client-facing role with an established and respected civil engineering and land surveying firm serving public and private sector clients across Washington and Oregon.
What You’ll Do:
Lead complex civil infrastructure and site development projects
Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and teams
Prepare reports, estimates, plans, specs, permits, and technical documents
Oversee design work for utilities, stormwater, roads, and site improvements
Coordinate with clients, agencies, and subconsultants
Mentor junior staff and support business development
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Active Professional Engineer (PE) registration
12+ years of civil engineering experience
Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam
Experience with utilities, stormwater and roads for public/private infrastructure and/or site development projects
Experience working with public agencies, permitting, and funding coordination
