.Overview
Join our dynamic team as an HVAC front-end Scheduler, where your organizational skills and technical knowledge will drive efficient operations and exceptional customer service. In this role, you will coordinate front-end install work for Rough-in and Trim, manage the production schedule to ensure timely and effective install dates are met. Your proactive communication and problem-solving abilities will keep our front-end production flow seamless, supporting both our team and valued clients. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
· Schedule front-end Rough-in and Trim installs to field personnel
· Coordinate with customers to confirm production install dates, provide ETA updates, and address inquiries with professional phone etiquette
· Utilize data entry skills to accurately record production work, Installer notes, and job statuses within our production schedule
· Monitor fleet management systems to track install locations, vehicle status, and ensure efficient utilization of resources
· Maintain clear communication with installers, customers, and internal teams through multi-line phone systems and other communication channels
· Analyze production schedule data to identify opportunities for process improvements in transportation planning and logistics operations
Required Skills and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 3 years of dispatching experience in HVAC environment
· Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
· Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to clearly convey information across diverse teams
· Ability to handle high-volume calls using multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
· Experience with Service Titan is a plus
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
