We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquets to provide seamless service.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Experience using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to interact positively with guests.
