Job Overview
The Project Coordinator Assistant supports project managers and teams in planning, organizing, and executing projects efficiently. This role ensures smooth day-to-day project operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
- Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Communicate updates between team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets and assist with expense tracking
- Help identify risks, issues, and potential delays and report them promptly
- Organize project files and ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Support procurement, vendor coordination, or recourse planning as need
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous administrative or project support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
