Assembly Technician
Full-Time | 1st Shift | Monday–Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role focuses on final trailer assembly and supporting finishing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform final trailer assembly, including:
- Wiring and lighting
- Installing axles, tires, and bolt-on components
- Applying decals and stickers
- Cut wood floor boards to length and fasten to trailer frames
- Load and unload parts from the powder coat line
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work as part of the assembly team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
