Position Summary
HPIHair Partners is seeking a motivated, organized, and personable part-time team member to support our marketing, lead generation, business development, and front office operations. This flexible in-person role is ideal for someone who is comfortable balancing digital marketing responsibilities with occasional patient-facing administrative/sales support.
The right candidate will help grow our brand presence, engage prospective patients, support online sales and content efforts, and step in at the front desk as needed to ensure a smooth and professional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lead generation and business development efforts to help increase patient inquiries and conversions.
- Manage and support social media platforms, including content posting, engagement, and basic community management.
- Oversee and help maintain HPIHair Partners’ YouTube and Shopify accounts.
- Support creation, scheduling, and organization of digital content and promotional campaigns.
- Track basic marketing activity and help identify opportunities for growth.
- Fill in at the front office occasionally, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting customer service needs.
- Provide a welcoming, professional experience for patients and prospective clients.
- Assist with other administrative and marketing tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital content management.
- Familiarity with lead generation, marketing, or business development preferred.
- Experience with Shopify, YouTube, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting a front office environment.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented.
- Self-starter who can work independently and in collaboration with a team.
Preferred Experience
- Background in marketing, communications, sales support, or medical office administration.
- Experience in a customer service or patient-facing role.
- Familiarity with the hair restoration, aesthetics, or healthcare industry.
Schedule
This is a part-time, in-person, flexible position averaging 20–25 hours per week. Specific hours may vary based on business needs, marketing activity, and office coverage requirements.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
