SUI is a wellness and community space in New York City offering hot yoga, strength training, Pilates, thermal wellness, sauna, massage, teacher trainings, retreats, and a café.

About the Role
This is a role for a self-starter. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, moving quickly, asking thoughtful questions, and turning ideas into action.
We're not looking for someone who simply waits to be assigned tasks. We're looking for someone who can take a brief or objective, identify what is needed, coordinate with the appropriate people, and execute effectively with minimal supervision.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with many moving pieces.
This role is not about creating social media posts. It is about driving growth, coordinating execution, and ensuring that ideas become results.
You will work closely with leadership and collaborate with our content creator, member experience team, and studio operations team to bring campaigns from idea to completion.
ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Growth
- Monitor key sales and performance reports and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives.
- Build strategies to increase memberships, attendance, and ancillary services.
- Develop ideas to improve member retention and community engagement.
- Create email sequences and marketing automations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and conversion from first-time guest to member.
- Keep an eye on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Think proactively about ways to grow the business.
Campaign Management
- Build and manage marketing campaigns from idea to execution.
- Maintain the marketing and campaign calendar.
- Coordinate projects across multiple departments and ensure deadlines are met.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan seasonal promotions and launches.
- Ensure ideas consistently move from concept to completion.
- Drive fast and effective execution.
Team Coordination
- Meet weekly with our content creator, Fabian, to align on priorities, campaign needs, and content direction.
- Meet weekly with our Members Lead to coordinate newsletters, email campaigns, and member communications.
- Meet weekly with our Studio Manager to ensure the front desk team is informed and equipped to communicate promotions and initiatives effectively.
- Coach and inform the team on campaigns, messaging, and updates.
- Ensure all departments are aligned and executing effectively.
- Participate in monthly sales and marketing meetings with leadership.
Partnerships & Channels
- Help coordinate and optimize third-party channels such as ClassPass, Wellhub, and future partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and utilization.
- Support strategic partnerships and community collaborations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of acquisition channels and recommend improvements.
Community & Events
- Develop ideas to strengthen community engagement and referrals.
- Support the planning and promotion of workshops, events, retreats, and special offerings.
- Help foster member loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Think creatively about how to deepen the connection between SUI and its community.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, project management, hospitality, wellness, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong project management and execution abilities.
- Experience managing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, customer journeys, and community engagement.
- Comfortable analyzing reports and making decisions based on data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute quickly.
- Comfortable using AI tools and modern software to improve productivity.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of ownership.
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, fitness, or community-building is a plus.
