Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, staffing, inventory and product quality to ensure standards are maintained.
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Oversee inventory control, food management, and food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Create schedules that support business needs and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Handle shift management duties including scheduling, supervising kitchen and front-of-house teams, and ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours.
- Implement budgeting strategies to optimize operational efficiency while controlling costs related to food handling, supplies, and labor.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure every fan leaves satisfied.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and hospitality management principles.
- Leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
