Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nephi, managed by Wittwer Hospitality, is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Breakfast Supervisor to oversee our complimentary breakfast program.
This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or until all daily duties are completed. The Breakfast Supervisor works independently and is responsible for ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming breakfast experience each morning.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and maintain the daily breakfast buffet
- Keep food items stocked, fresh, and presented according to brand standards
- Provide friendly and professional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, kitchen, storage rooms, and equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Order breakfast food, beverages, and supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and receive deliveries
- Track and communicate supply needs to management
- Clean and close the breakfast area after service each day
Qualifications
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
