Driver’s License: Level 0- No Driver’s License required.
Rate of Pay: $50,340.64 - $56,633.22
Qualifications: No Driver’s License required.
A.A. or A.A.S degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Business, or other closely related field OR 2 years’ professional experience in Human Resources or in an office setting, or a combination of education and experience is required.
Tribal Human Resource Professional Certification (THRP) is preferred or obtained within 1 year of completing a probationary period. Employees are required to maintain their certification throughout the duration of their employment. This includes completing any necessary continuing education, renewal processes, and staying up to date on THRP practices.
Experience with Human Resource Information System applications preferred.
Knowledge of computer applications including word processing, databases and/or data entry, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook is required.
Knowledge of Fond du Lac policies, procedures, applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances which relate to Human Resources is required within one year of hire.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required.
Ability to work independently and establish priorities is required.
Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved.
Subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the Fond du Lac Reservation’s Personnel Policies.
Subject to pre-employment and annual background checks.
Some travel may be required.
