Qualifications
1. Minimum of three (3) years administrative experience required
2. Must be a current Marion County Principal (Preference will be given to Principals currently in the programmatic level)
3. Knowledge of WV Standards of Effective Schools
4. Knowledge of WV Principal Leadership Framework
Job Responsibilities:
1. Focus on the managerial and instructional leadership needs of principals
2. Assist with specific needs, questions, and supports
3. Collect documentation for professional personnel files
4. Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or Superintendent
5. Collaborates with and reports to Superintendent
Shift Type: Contract
Salary Range $30/hour, max 75 hours
