As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll play a vital leadership role in guiding treatment, empowering caregivers, mentoring clinicians, and creating meaningful outcomes for children and families.
✅ Maintain 25 billable hours per week
✅ Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
✅ Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
✅ Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
✅ Provide ongoing caregiver training and support
✅ Collaborate with ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy teams
✅ Ensure documentation, compliance, and clinical excellence

✅ Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
✅ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
✅ Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
✅ Ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
✅ Commitment to ethical, evidence-based clinical practice and continuous professional growth
✅ Successful completion of required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screenings
