Sous Chef/Line Cook – Fast-Paced Bistro & Catering Kitchen
We’re looking for a strong, reliable line cook to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced kitchen with a mix of café, bistro, catering, and production work. We need someone who can stay organized under pressure, move with urgency, and take pride in putting out consistently good food.
What we’re looking for: Experience working a busy line Good knife skills and kitchen awareness Able to multitask and stay calm during rushes Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Clean and organized work habits Weekend availability preferred
Responsibilities: Prep and execute menu items consistently Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Work service efficiently with the team Help with catering and production as needed Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH staff
