A Day In The Life:
While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Front of House Supervisor –
Join our team to be a part of the exciting 2026-2027 NBA season & WNBA season! We at Levy are partnering with the Rose Quarter to create a shared vision of elevated and inclusive hospitality that proudly embodies Portland’s unique food story.
- Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
- Supervise dining staff to ensure all systems and tools are being used correctly
- Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event
- Assist the Premium Department with administrative work including monthly inventory
- Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and restaurants in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
- Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
- Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
- Perform any other duties as assigned

Your Schedule:
We are an event-based environment; you must have the ability to work evenings and weekends. The Front of House Supervisor must be able to adapt to shifting locations within the arena and pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment. Additionally, the Front of House Supervisor must be comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere. We schedule team members in relation to events booked at the Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
