We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position in a clean, fast-paced machine shop environment where you’ll learn specialized skills working with hose crimping equipment and custom assemblies.
No experience? No problem — we provide training for motivated candidates who are eager to learn and work with their hands.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate hose crimping machinery
- Cut tubing to precise measurements
- Select and assemble components for production
- Prepare assemblies for crimping and final processing
- Organize and maintain inventory and materials
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with general shop and production duties as needed
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment
- Willingness to learn new skills
Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
- Operating shop equipment and machinery
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
