On-Site Superintendent to work at Dollar Bay, MI with 5 years of residential construction experience. This position will require being onsite and present to manage and advise on quality and productivity issues while monitoring work performance with productivity of subcontractors to ensure project plans and schedule are followed to ensure project is executed effectively within budget and on time. This position also requires the applicant to develop and monitor CPM schedules, manpower utilization, material handling and storage requirements and equipment use according to government and contractual guidelines. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be willing to travel if needed.
