Hunt & Close New Business – Prospect, identify, and win new customers in your territory

Grow Existing Accounts – Drive revenue through upselling and diversification

Run the Deal Cycle – Bids, pricing strategy, subcontractor coordination, and closing POs

Own Your Pipeline – Track opportunities, contacts, and sales activity in CRM

Be the Market Expert – Stay sharp on rail, environmental services, and competitive trends

Requirements:

Proven ability to prospect, influence, and close deals

Strong communication skills—able to break down technical info clearly

Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making

Experience managing a sales pipeline / CRM (Dynamics preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

24/7 on-call availability

50–75% travel within your territory (overnights included)
