Need a reliable, motivated service technician with customer service skills in an independent work environment. Physical ability to maneuver ladders and appliances. Mechanical ability and problem-solving skills. A good driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screening is required.
Purpose:
To provide a professional service in dryer vent cleaning, repair, and maintenance for residential homes.
Will train the right candidate!
Company Vehicle, Tablet, and Equipment Provided!
Starting pay: $180 while training and $200 per day once training is completed.
Working hours are from 8am to 3pm depending on the schedule
Tips and commission are provided (1k-2k per month)
Duties:
- Present yourself in a professional manner at all times; uphold company image
- Provide the customer with a complete assessment upon inspection of the dryer vent system
- Offer additional applicable products/services based on the inspection results
- Able to answer any questions and provide thorough responses
- Accurately and legibly provide assessment and invoice when applicable
- Clearly define and describe the features and benefits of products/services as requested
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order/condition
Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong experience in sales
- Experience and strong comfort level working with tools
- Ability to climb and handle ladders
- Ability to work within constricted spaces such as attics and small areas
- Must be comfortable walking on roofs to inspect and clean dryer vent cover.
- Ability to work independently and problem solving
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, management and team members
